Visiba Triage
Medical Updates
In this release, we continue to strengthen our women’s health offering, with significant improvements to the modelling of vaginal bleeding and contraception-related bleeding, alongside the addition of breastfeeding as a presenting complaint and fibroids as a diagnosis.
Building on this progress, our focus now shifts toward enhancing the ophthalmology area. This release includes an updated triage for vitreous detachment, with further improvements across both domains to follow.
Care Navigation
In this release we're enhancing Care Navigation in three ways:
- more starting points (Visiba Care in addition to Visiba Triage),
- more end point actions (autoreply), and
- more input conditions (patient's listed clinic, and Reason for Contact category).
This means we now cover a broader range of use cases. Guide patients to the right care pathway by sending tailored instructions, including forms that must be completed prior to their appointment, and/or links to external services. You can also transfer cases between central and local units automatically, based on the Reason for Contact together with where the patient is listed.
If you're interested in learning more or exploring Care Navigation for your unit, please reach out to us directly, and keep an eye out for our upcoming webinar.

Improved video quality in calls
Video calls are now even sharper. Participants joining via the app now send a higher-resolution video stream (1280×720 HD). This provides a better experience, particularly in use cases that require detailed examinations, such as skin and dental assessments.
