Visiba Triage
Medical Updates
In this release, we have continued to strengthen the medical foundation of Visiba Triage through improvements to modelling, anamnesis, and triage specifications in the medical core.
In the ophthalmology area, this includes the addition of two new diagnoses, amaurosis fugax and refractive error, as well as four new symptoms: blurred vision, loss of vision, double vision, and flashes. Other improvements include updates to triage specs for Ménière’s disease, ear pain, and paediatric assessments, as well as replacing “known IBD” with the more specific “diagnosed with ulcerative colitis or Crohn’s disease.”
Availability Indicator
To make it easier for users to understand when a service is available, we have introduced an availability indicator on offering buttons. When an offering has configured opening hours, whether for triage or for messaging, patients will now see whether the service is open or closed, along with the next relevant opening time. If a patient tries to access an offering while it is closed, they will see an information page displaying the opening hours for the week, helping them understand when it will be available again.

Schedule messages
You can now schedule messages to be sent to patients at a specific time. Add forms when needed, automate routine follow-ups, and ensure patients receive important information when it is most relevant. This reduces manual work and frees up time for the team.
Schedule case closure
Soon you can specify when a case should be closed automatically. This makes it easy to keep the case open for a limited time, so the patient can return if needed without having to create a new case. This provides reassurance for the patient and saves time for healthcare staff, who no longer need to review and close inactive cases manually. Contact us to activate the feature.
Coming up from Visiba
After the summer, we will launch an updated design for both Invite to Meeting and Create New Message. The new workflows are more user-friendly and provide a better overview while requiring fewer clicks. This makes it easier and faster for healthcare professionals to initiate the right type of communication.
