An administrator can manage configurations, users, maintenance, and monitoring of the virtual clinic. By activating and deactivating functions, you determine whether they are accessible by patients or not.
There are two types of administrators in Visiba Care:
- A Global administrator works within a large organisation and has access rights to all the the clinics in your app.
- A Local administrator manages a specific clinic within an organisation.
This manual is targeted towards local administrators.
This manual will prepare you to work with Visiba Care in the best possible way and configure your virtual clinic. You will learn how to manage users, create drop-in rooms and forms, create and change texts for the patient app, generate statistics for your clinic, and much more.
Visiba Care is a flexible platform which enables healthcare providers to choose from different flows and functions. This means that some clinics may work with eg. Drop-in or Messages while others may not. Therefore, this manual may contain sections that may not reflect your virtual clinic. If you work in a business that only has one (1) clinic, the view will look a little different, but the information available within the manual will still be relevant.
