Before you start working with Visiba Care, you will need to have a user account and access to compatible hardware. Make sure that you have access to the following:
1.1 Credentials
If you do not have login credentials for the platform, you should initially ask another global administrator within the organisation to be added. If there is no global administrator who can do this, contact your Customer Success Manager at Visiba.
1.2 Web browser
The platform requires that you use Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge Chromium, or Mozilla Firefox.
1.3 Internet, network, and firewall
A stable connection to the internet is a prerequisite for using the platform. It is also important that your network is properly configured and that your firewall does not block calls from the platform. If you have questions regarding the network or the firewall, contact your IT department.
