New web interface for patients
Patients who log in to your virtual clinic via a web browser will be welcomed by a new, stylish and easy-to-navigate view as we rebuild the web interface from the ground up. The patient web will reflect how the app looks and works to a greater extent, making it easier for patients to find their way around if they switch between app and web.
The new web interface will also be fully accessible, so that patients under the full spectrum of physical abilities can easily use it.
The update to the new patient web is planned to take place gradually, starting in Q2.
Flexible patient entry pages improve your patients’ user experience
We place an even stronger focus on providing more flexibility to healthcare providers and improving the experience for patients, both in terms of functionality and design. With this update, it will be easier for patients to enter the service and see relevant information and the appropriate pathways as early as the front page of the reception. They will easily find what they are looking for, whether they are entering the service for a booked video consultation or to read a new message, no matter if they are regular users of the service or first-timers.
This update will take place in both available patient interfaces; the app and the web (see below).
New design for the video consultations
We place great focus on updating the consultation experience for our users. The first step in this initiative is the new and sleek design for video consultations, for healthcare professionals and patients alike. With this new design, functions will be even more accessible for use during the consultation and the performance will improve.
