The early hours of Thursday, June 17th mark the time for a new update in Visiba Care. With this update, healthcare practitioners can look forward to a smoother workflow with messaging conversations.
Seamless and secure collaboration in messaging conversations
We are simplifying collaboration for healthcare professionals in messaging conversations, while at the same time, updating the interface to minimise the risk of mistakes.
The healthcare practitioner responsible for each conversation will now be able to invite one or more colleagues to help with a case. An invited colleague can choose to actively participate in the conversation with the patient, or be in the background e.g. providing advice to their colleague.
To make between colleagues easy and secure, healthcare practitioners can compose messages that can only be read amongst themselves, i.e. not displayed to the patient. This simplifies internal communication when it is needed, e.g. by writing a comment or forwarding a message alongside a patient case handover.
We are also updating the user interface to minimise the risk of making mistakes and accidentally sending something away.
- Patient information is presented in a clearer way, in accordance with the patient summary displayed in the appointment booking in the calendar view.
- Clicking Enter/ Return when composing a message creates a line break – it is no longer sending the message. To send a message, click on the arrow symbol, or alternatively (if you want to avoid using the mouse) use the shortcut or Tab until the symbol is displayed.
- When a file is attached, a preview is displayed before the message can be sent.
