Impossible to delete users with booked or ongoing patient cases
To minimise the risk of patient cases falling through the cracks when a healthcare professional quits (or for other reasons should be removed as a Visiba Care user), we are introducing a check that prevents administrators from deleting users if they have any ongoing or planned patient cases. For example, if an administrator tried to delete a healthcare professional who has a booked visit or an ongoing message conversation with a patient, a message appears informing them that the contact must be managed before the user can be deleted.

Launch of Visiba Care Developer Portal
We are soon launching our brand new developer portal! Visiba Care Developer Portal is primarily aimed at developers who work with integrations with Visiba Care. Here we have collected technical information about our public API based on FHIR, which is part of our service and can be used at no extra cost. Among other things, we describe which API calls are available and how these are used. From here you can also find our FHIR structures and our test environment. Administrators can now easily get more detailed statistics on all completed activities.
A link to the developer portal in the footer on our website will be posted shortly https://www.visibacare.com/en-gb/
Opportunity to receive update notifications in Visiba Care's help centre
Finally, we would like to take the opportunity to inform you that it is possible to receive a notification when we change or publish new articles in our help centre. Go to the section you are interested in (for example Manual for healthcare professionals or News in the Visiba Care platform), click on the Follow button at the top right and register, and you will receive an email notification when we update or publish new articles under this section.
You can read more detailed information in our release notes which are published with each update. You can also get an overview of the different user permissions each change applies to and the upcoming changes in the patient apps. Make sure that you don't miss the news and read our release notes!
