During the early hours of Thursday, November 10th, we will be rolling out a new update of Visiba Care! In this release we look forward to launching the following:
- Multiparty calls can be rescheduled
- Red Robin, our tool for automated medical history and triage, can handle more types of cases
- Patients can enter a suspected diagnosis as reason for contact in Red Robin
Read more about the upcoming update below.
Healthcare professionals and schedulers can now reschedule multi-party calls in Visiba Care, in the same way they can reschedule visits with a single participant. Information that the booking has been changed is sent out to all participants.
Now only the healthcare professional's title will be shown to the patient in booked appointments and in the cases listed under My cases in Visiba Care (previously, speciality was shown in some places).
Red Robin, our tool for automated medical history and triage, takes a step forward and can now also handle common administrative contact reasons such as:
- sickness certificate
- prescription renewal
- other questions
Each case type has a matching referral group that is linked to any reason for contact in Visiba Care. The reason for contact can in turn be linked to a form, as well as the appropriate resource and type of contact. Contact your Customer Success Manager at Visiba if you want to know more or need help configuring these referrals.
Now patients don't have to indicate symptoms when seeking care via Red Robin - they will also be able to indicate the diagnosis they think they have, for example a cold or an ear infection. Red Robin will ask questions about the suspected diagnosis, and just as usual, the following questions will be adapted based on the patient's previous answers.
