In the last update, we enabled healthcare professionals to use shortcuts and templates from the clinic's shared text templates, to make writing messages quick and easy. Now we take this functionality to the next level! Healthcare professionals can now create personal text templates, where they can add their own text templates and shortcuts. This means that they can express themselves in their own words and can easily write recurring texts that are not available in the clinic's shared text templates.
In addition, it will be easier for healthcare practitioners to see which templates and shortcuts are available. A list of phrases, both from the personal text templates and the shared text templates, is now displayed in the same view as the message conversation.

Coming up in Visiba Care
In the near future, patients will encounter a new design when they visit the clinics within the organisation! The new design presents the clinic's buttons in a more clear way, so that it is easier for the patient to see all the different offers. In a first step, the new design will be shown to those who visit the clinic via the browser on the computer, but in the long run it will also be available via the web interface on the mobile phone.
