In the early hours of Thursday, April 15th, Visiba Care will be released with new updates, including increased privacy for patients and guest participants during a multi-party call. Below you can read more about this update.
Patients and guests are now anonymised in multi-party calls
To protect the integrity of patients and guest participants in multi-party calls, such as a group therapy session, patients and guests will no longer be able to see each other's names. Instead, these will only be seeing the initials of each other, regardless of whether they join the call from the web interface or the app. Nevertheless, healthcare professionals will be able to see the names of all participants and display their own name to them.
The same premise is applied to My Cases in the patient interfaces, where users will only see the initials of other patients or guest participants
You can read more detailed information in our release notes which are published with each update.
