During the early hours of Wednesday, March 1st, we will be rolling out a new update of Visiba Care! In this release, we are launching a feature that will make everyday life easier for many healthcare professionals:
- A new appointment template to block calendar time for non-meeting activities.

New meeting template to block calendar time for non-meeting activities
We are launching a new "Other activity" appointment template. This can be used to block calendar time for administration, training or other tasks. This means that healthcare professionals can:
- Use the calendar in Visiba Care as their main calendar
- Get an overview of all the week's activities
- Show colleagues and schedulers when they are available for booking in Visiba Care

Coming up soon in Visiba Care
It will soon be easier for healthcare professionals to transfer information from Visiba Care to the medical record. Those who work with Red Robin (our tool for automated patient history and triage) will be able to copy over all collected information with a single click. Other users will be able to fill in more information themselves, but can start the draft well in advance, before the case is closed. In the first instance, the function will be available for message cases, but will eventually be available to use with video appointments as well.
