By reviewing information before the visit, you are well prepared. When a patient has booked a visit through Red Robin, you can view all the collected information for the visit in a separate view. You can identify the presence of an anamnesis by the small Red Robin icon. Click on the Patient Summary button to open the information in a new, larger view.
The patient summary includes:
- Patient information: name, age, gender, and contact details
- Meeting information: when and where it takes place
- Decision support from Visiba Triage: including patient history and differential diagnoses
From here, you can also call the patient or create a new message. If the patient has other cases registered in Visiba Care, they will be visible under Other cases.
During the visit, you can take notes in Visiba Care’s decision support, which already contains the anamnesis collected by Red Robin.
