If a case has come in via message and you want to book an appointment with the patient, it can be useful to have the anamnesis easily accessible when it’s time for the visit. Follow these steps to easily attach the anamnesis to a booked appointment:
- Click on the ellipsis menu in the upper right corner of the message conversation view. Select Invite to an appointment.
- Under participants in the booking view, you can see that the patient summary is attached.
- Book the appointment. The patient summary, including the anamnesis, will be available from the booked visit.
