To log in to the platform, open your web browser and enter the URL in the address bar. Choose the login method that your organisation is using and insert the corresponding credentials to log in.
If you have forgotten your password, you can create a new one by clicking on Forgot password?.
If the organisation you work for has enabled two-factor authentication, you will also receive a code via text message that you enter to approve the login. Contact your administrator if you have problems with receiving the code or if you have changed your phone number.
Please note: If you are inactive, you will be automatically logged out after a certain time. The default time is 30 minutes, but it can be customised for your organisation.
