My profile
Click on My profile on the main menu if you want to change your information such as your name, mobile number, and password. You can also choose what bookable times will be displayed to patients. By clicking on the Not bookable for a patient checkbox, your scheduled times will not be visible to the patients in the app but they can be used, for example, in scheduling.
You can add a profile photo that will be displayed to patients alongside the booking and the consultation details.
Don’t forget to click on Save if you have made any changes to your profile settings.
Professional settings
Under My profile, you can manage your professional settings: your title. speciality (visible to patients), and reasons for contact you will manage. Your speciality is visible for patients when they are booking and entering a consultation
Please note that you will only be displayed as bookable for the patients that have selected the reason(s) for contact that corresponds to the reasons for contact you have selected.
Don’t forget to click Save after you have performed the desired changes.
