When a patient has completed their anamnesis through Red Robin, a suggestion for priority and urgency is always provided. This helps healthcare professionals prioritize time and resources between cases.
Priority Scale
The prioritization allows healthcare providers to quickly get an overview of incoming cases and receive recommendations on the order in which they should be handled. The information on the recommended priority is only visible to the healthcare provider, not to the patient.
The priority scale is based on established guidelines and assessment tools. The scale ranges from priority 1 (red = requires immediate medical attention) to priority 8 (white = self-care).
Note! Red Robin does not handle any cases automatically but only provides recommendations that healthcare providers can use as decision support. Therefore, the patient will not be directed to self-care.
