The medical core of Visiba Triage, Red Robin, uses AI to assist healthcare professionals in making preliminary assessments and prioritizing patient cases. To continually improve the system, feedback from users is essential. By evaluating each patient contact, you contribute to enhancing the system’s accuracy and efficiency.
How to Evaluate:
- If your organization uses the messaging functionality in Visiba Care, the evaluation will automatically appear after you close a case. The same applies when you end a video call with the patient.
- If your organization uses Visiba Triage as a standalone product, you can manually click on “evaluation after patient contact” at the bottom of the decision support to access the evaluation.
The Evaluation Includes:
- Specify Diagnosis: This step assesses how well Red Robin’s diagnosis suggestions align with your professional judgment.
- Search for the diagnosis or diagnosis code you consider most likely for the patient.
- You can also select one of the suggested diagnoses or mark “No diagnosis” if none apply.
- Evaluate Priority:
- Indicate whether you think Red Robin’s suggested priority was appropriate for the case.
- If you answer “No,” you have the option to propose a new priority.
- Next Steps: Documenting the next steps provides us with insight into how different patient cases are managed and helps us improve our recommendations.
