If you use Visiba Triage together with Visiba Care’s messaging function, you will automatically get an overview of cases with priority and contact reasons. You can see that a case has come through Red Robin and has an automated patient history by the small Red Robin icon under the Attachments column.
Click on the Prio header in the message overview to sort cases by priority, so that cases with the highest priority appear at the top of the list. This helps ensure that patients with the most urgent needs receive care first. Learn more about how Red Robin’s prioritisation works: Urgency and Prioritisation
Changing Priority and Viewing History
When you have clicked on the message and reviewed the information, you have the option to change the priority. Click on the priority to select a new one. To see the history of changes made and by whom, click on the icon next to it.
