Visiba Insights makes it easy to analyse your digital operations and plan resources. You can see when your clinic experiences the highest activity, the age distribution of your patients, response times, and whether visits are initiated by the healthcare provider or the patient. Reports are available through the Dashboard Visiba Care and Dashboard Visiba Triage, which you can find under Statistics in the main menu.
- Data is updated automatically every night.
- You can select the time period for analysis, from annual data to results from the previous day.
- Data can be easily exported to Excel for further analysis or reporting.
Deeper Analysis with Interactive Graphs
In Visiba Insights, you can filter data directly within the graphs to focus on specific segments or time periods. Once you’ve made your selections, the results can be exported to Excel for further analysis or sharing with colleagues. The flexibility of the reports makes it easy to tailor data to suit your needs.
Reports on Global and Clinic Levels
Visiba Insights provides reports on two levels:
- Global level: As a global administrator, you can view aggregated data from all clinics. You can also filter to view individual clinics and get tailored insights. Reports can be exported to Excel for further processing.
- Clinic level: For Visiba Care, detailed reports are available per clinic, allowing each unit to track its own results and trends.
