The long-awaited news is on the way!
We are pleased to be able to present a new, stylish, and easy-to-navigate home page for the patients who log in via the web interface on the computer. After this update, the previous menu in the patient web is replaced with a clear top navigation. In addition, it will be easier for patients to find the right clinic by improving the search, and by listing the most recently visited clinics directly on the home page. The image displayed on the web home page is the same image displayed on the home page of your app. Other functions, such as booking and notifications, as well as subpages, Reception and My Cases, will look and function as usual for a while longer.

The new start page is the first step in our ongoing work to rebuild the web interface from the ground up, and we will continuously roll out new improvements in connections with upcoming updates.
NOTE! If you only work with one reception, or if only one of your receptions is visible to patients and the rest are hidden, the new home page will not be displayed - it is only displayed for organisations that allow patients to choose from several receptions.
New design for the drop-in view
It is time for the drop-in view to get a facelift! The view that lists the patients who are in the drop-in queue, will have a clearer design. If the list is long, only 50 entries at a time will be displayed, which provides a better overview and improved performance as the computer does not have to load all the entries at once.
We have also taken the opportunity to clear up the filtering options and have added clearer icons to show if a waiting room is open or not.

Payment is hidden in the invitation flow if it is not relevant
To make it easier for healthcare professionals and schedulers to invite visitors, the payment step in the invitation flow will be hidden in cases where no payments are to be made, and when the information regarding payment has already been filled in in the meeting template.
You can read more detailed information in our release notes which are published with each update. You can also get an overview of the different user permissions each change applies to and the upcoming changes in the patient apps.
