How do I call a patient in a waiting room (drop-in)?

To attend a patient in drop-in, proceed as follows:

1. Click on Drop-in in the care menu on the left to get to the drop-in view. Here you see the patients who are in the queue.
   
   
2. Click on the patient row to get more detailed information. You will then see a summary with the patient's information, case, waiting room, contact reason and status. In this view you can also see any form responses or images. When you are ready to see the patient, click Call in the upper right.
