If you as a healthcare practitioner connect to the video visit before the patient, you wait in a lobby until the patient has connected. Patients who go to a booked video visit via My cases in the app or the patient web also come to a lobby before the video visit, where they await the care practitioner.
Note that after the set end time, it is no longer possible to connect to the video visit.
