Make sure you are well prepared before the meeting. When the patient has booked an appointment or answered a form, this information is gathered in a single view you can review before the appointment. Open the appointment booking from the calendar and click on the Patient Summary button.
Here you can see all relevant information gathered in one view. The patient summary may include:
- Meeting information
- Description of the case
- Attached images or files
- Form responses
If your organisation uses Visiba Triage, you will find patient history and decision support in the patient summary. Learn more about patient history before the appointment here: Before the Appointment: Patient History and Patient Summary
If the patient has other cases at the clinics you have access to, you will see these under “Other cases”. Here you can see the status of the case and the type of contact they have been associated with.
In the patient summary, you also have access to consultation notes. Click on Show consultation notes to display the module where you can edit and copy notes to the patient record.
