You can easily invite one or more colleagues to a message conversation to assist with managing a case. An invited colleague can choose to actively participate in the conversation but can also stay in the background to provide advice, for example. To facilitate smooth and secure collaboration among colleagues, you can write messages that can only be read by colleagues within Visiba Care. This makes it convenient to communicate internally when needed, such as by adding a comment or sending a message during handover. A read receipt shows when a colleague has read the message.
Here's how to invite a colleague to a message conversation:
- Click on the three dots in the upper right corner and select Add healthcare professional.
- Find the colleague you want to add in the list and write a comment. Click Add. Here, you also have access to predefined text templates, both personal and those that the administrator at your clinic has added to the shared library. You can find a template by typing an abbreviation and then selecting the phrase by pressing Enter.
- You can see that the colleague has joined the conversation. The color coding and the symbol on the right indicate that the message is hidden from the patient. Note that the patient does not see when a colleague joins the conversation. If you believe the patient should be informed, you should write this in a message.
- If you want to write to the patient in the conversation again, uncheck the Internal message box, and the color coding disappears.
