Under Payments you will find the log of payments completed in the platform. To compile statistics about payments, specify the desired time interval. You can narrow down your search by filtering by payment method, payment status, or type of appointment. You can also aggregate information by healthcare professional, patient name, mobile number or clinic.
To see more information about a specific payment, click on the desired object on the list. To export the statistics, click on the three vertical dots at the top right corner.
Repay a patient
Under Payments, you can return a payment to a patient who has paid with a credit card.
To repay a patient, follow these steps.
- Search for the payment you want to return through filtering or searching. Click on the desired object in the list to get more information.
- Click on the Repay button at the bottom right.
- Fill in the amount you want to repay.
- Click on Repay from the bottom right.
