The Account Holder
The contact details, supplied to Apple in the steps below, must be for a person working for the Account Holder who has the rights to represent the Account Holders organization (i.e. has the right to sign legal agreements).
Apple will call or e-mail that person with questions about the organization so that person needs to be aware of this.
Make sure to transfer the Apple Account Holder role to another person in the organization if this person leaves (https://developer.apple.com/support/account-holder-transfer/).
Apple ID
The e-mail used to create the Apple ID in the steps below must have the domain of the organization. (You cannot use @gmail as e-mail or similar.)
Organization website
The organization must have publicly available website with a domain name associated with the organization (preferably same domain name as the email used when retrieving DUNS-number and for Apple ID).
A separate legal entity
The organization must be a separate legal entity to enroll as an organization in the Apple Developer Program. In Sweden this is a Limited company (Aktiebolag - https://www.bolagsverket.se/en/foretag/aktiebolag.475.html).
Payment card
Access to a credit/debit card to pay the Apple Developer Program yearly fee. The yearly fee is 99 USD as of 2022.
PLA (Program License Agreement)
Apple updates the PLA (Program License Agreement) for the Apple Developer Program multiple times per year. The Account Holder at the customer must agree to the updated PLA in order for Visiba to be able to keep updating the app.
