For Visiba Care to be able to create/edit the app manually when necessary, you need to invite
androiddevs@visibagroup.com as an Administrator of your Google Play account.
1. Navigate to->Users and permissions
2. Invite the user
Click Invite new user and complete the form. Email address shall be androiddevs@visibagroup.com and under Account permissions tab check Administrator checkbox and then click the Invite users button.
