Attach files
The maximum file size for attachments is 100 MB, but you can attach multiple files of this size in a single message.
To attach a file to a message, follow these steps:
- Click on Attach in the upper left corner of the view.
- Choose File and locate the file you want to attach. Hold down Shift if you want to select multiple files for attachment. You can also attach a file by dragging and dropping it into the message.
- Once you have attached the desired files, you will see a preview of the files you have added and can write a message in the field. If you change your mind and want to remove a file, click on the cross in the upper right corner of the file.
- Click on the arrow to the right of the view when you are ready to send the message.
To save a file or an image locally, click on the attached image and then on Save locally.
Attach form
To send a form in an ongoing message conversation, do the following:
- Click on Attach in the upper left corner of the view where you are composing a new message.
- Select Form.
- You will now see a list of all the forms available at the clinic. Click on the form you want to attach to the conversation.
- You can remove the form by clicking on the cross.
If you wish, write a message in the text field. Click on the arrow to the right of the view when you are ready to send the message.
Forms cannot be sent as internal messages.
