In the calendar, you can choose to view your appointments in calendar view or list view.
If you have scheduling rights, you can also choose whose calendar you want to manage.
View your appointments in a list
If you want to see your appointments in a list, click on Calendar in the menu, and then click on the List View tab. In the list view, you can see all your appointments, whether they are upcoming, completed, or canceled. By default, appointments booked within the nearest month are displayed, but you can filter appointments based on time period or status. For canceled appointments, you can see whether it was the patient or the healthcare provider who canceled the appointment.
Change calendar display times
In the calendar, you can see your completed and upcoming appointments. You can customise the display times in the calendar based on your work hours.
Overview
Under the Calendar category on the main menu, you can see the subheading Overview. Here you can see an overview of the booked times at your clinic (in light red), the vacant times (in green), and the total time slots (in teal) per day, per week, and per month.
The overview displays appointments that patients have booked as well as appointments that you have booked yourself.
You can filter by the number of bookings and the calendar based on healthcare practitioner, speciality, title and which times have been booked by patients and which have been booked by healthcare professionals. You can also search for a specific booking based on the patient's NHS number (for patients with a representative, the representative's NHS number needs to be entered in the search field).
To get more detailed information about a specific day, you can click on it. You will see which healthcare professionals are attached to the day’s bookable or booked times.
