As an administrator, you can configure how forms are to be used on your clinic, for example whether they are to be used before or after an appointment.
If you have more than one clinic within the organisation, however, this must be done by the person who has the role of global administrator.
To publish a form for your clinic, follow these steps.
- Go to the Forms category from the sidebar menu to the left.
- You will now see a list of all forms available. You can narrow the search by filtering on Reason for contact, and Status, ie. whether the form is published or not.
- Click on the form you want to use. Under View options, select when the form should be displayed - before or after an appointment, or before sending a message, and for which reasons for contact. To publish the form so that it is visible to patients at your clinic, drag and click to the right of the slider under Publish.
