My messages / Shared inbox
The inbox is divided into two sections to make it easy to stay organised and focus on the right things: My messages and Shared inbox.
My messages
In My messages, you’ll find the cases that you have picked up and are responsible for. Here you can focus on your own tasks without being disturbed by new cases. If you need to return a case to the shared inbox, simply click on the three dots and select the new option in the menu.
Shared inbox
The Shared inbox shows all cases shared within the clinic. Here you’ll find both Started cases – cases that someone has opened but then returned – and New cases that have never been handled before. For started cases, you can also see when the patient last replied, as well as avatars showing who has been involved. If you only want to see cases with new replies, you can use the checkbox filter.
Sort your cases
To make it easier to work in the way that suits you best, you can sort the case list – both in My messages and in the Shared inbox.
For example, you can choose to display:
Cases with the highest priority at the top
Cases where the patient has waited the longest for a reply at the top
Or sort by other information that supports your way of working.
