In the video consultation, only you, the healthcare practitioner, see the names of the other participants, and if you hover over the name, you can also see more detailed information, such as the patient's social security number. Other participants only see the initials during the video call.
When you start sharing your screen with other participants, your view changes – the names of the participants are replaced with initials, so they can't see each other's names.
However, you still need to be careful during screen sharing. If you hover over the patient's initials, more detailed information is displayed in this mode as well. Thus, it is safest to ensure that the mouse pointer does not move in the area where patients and guest participants are visible during screen sharing.
