You can go to a booked video visit by clicking on it in the calendar, in the My visits list or from the patient summary. Click Call. Then the patient rings, at the same time a new tab opens in your view and you arrive in the lobby where you await the patient. In the lobby, you can test that your camera and microphone are working properly and choose whether you want to blur your background. When other participants have joined the visit, you will receive a notification. When you're ready to connect, click Start Call.
Both you and the patient can log in to the video visit 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. After the set end time, it is no longer possible to connect to the video visit.
You can also go to a meeting by clicking the reminder note in the bottom right that appears before your meeting. If you click on the notice, you will be taken directly to the lobby.
You will also receive a notification when your patient is ready and waiting for you in the virtual lobby.
Since the consultation opens in a separate tab, it can be good to click on the patient summary again and have this collected information open as support during the conversation itself.
