If you want to schedule a new appointment with a patient by duplicating a previous appointment, proceed as follows:
- Click on the booked meeting in the calendar.
- Hover over the three dots at the top right of the box and select Duplicate Booking.
- A new booking is opened, where the information from the previous booking is pre-filled.
- Enter a new time for the visit. If you wish, you can also change the length of the meeting and the description of the matter. Click Book a new appointment.
If you want to add a series of new bookings, you can easily add them one after the other and only change the time of each visit.
Note: Currently, bookings can only be duplicated for digital meetings, not for physical on-site visits.
