To add or change the default notifications for patients, you need the Global administrator user permission.
Click on Default notifications under the Organisation category from the sidebar menu to the left. At the top of the interface, you can select which type of user you want to change the notifications for – Visiba Care users or patients. Click on Patients and tick or untick which notifications are sent by default in your organisation.
Please note that patients themselves can choose to turn off email and SMS notifications under Settings⇾Notification settings in the patient app or web. If a patient chooses to turn off notifications, there is a great risk that they will miss important information and reminders from you, but will receive a warning about this before they confirm to deactivate notifications.
