Yes, the patient can delete their user account from within the app by clicking Delete my account under My profile.
However, the patient information will remain on the platform for a period after the account has been deleted. Healthcare professionals will thus have access to information about the patient's previous appointments and message conversations during this time, to ensure that all appointments can be recorded as planned. How long the information is stored depends on your settings for anonymizing data. When launching the function, a maximum limit of 30 days is set to comply with the GDPR, but if a longer period is desired, this is also possible - if so, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
