How a participant connects to a video appointment depends on the participant(s) invited to the visit.
Patient: Has the option to connect directly via the app or the patient interface in the web. The patient's invitation is registered on the participant's social security number, the booked visit will be visible under my cases in the service.
Patient with representative: Here you invite the patient and his representative, it is the representative who will connect to the booked appointment. The booked appointment will be visible under the agent's "my cases" in the service.
Colleague: The colleague connects to the visit either via the user interface, click on the appointment in the calendar or click on the notice to log in and connect via the calendar.
Guest: This participant type connects via the notice sent out in connection with the booked appointment. This invitation is not linked to the participant's social security number. The notification is sent via SMS and/or e-mail and is the guest's "key" to the visit.
