There could be a number of reasons why a patient is not able to download the app but the most common reason is that the patient does not have the correct version of the operating system required to manage our service. In that case, the patient needs to upgrade to a newer version. If the problem persists, report the matter to Visiba Care Support for further investigation.
The patient can also log in to the video call via a computer. In this case, we recommend the patient uses either the Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser.
