How do I cancel a video consultation?

If you want to cancel a booked video consultation:

1. Click on the booking in your calendar.
2. Click on the three vertical dots in the upper right corner and select Cancel.

Note: When you change a booking or cancel a visit is reflected
this directly in the calendar and the patient is informed in accordance with your notification settings.
