If the meeting template does not appear in your or a colleague's calendar, it may be due to various reasons, we have listed the most common ones below.
1. The meeting template is created with a "reason for visit" that you/the colleague do not manage themselves, go to "Professional settings" in the menu on the left and add the missing "reason for visit" --> save.
2. If the meeting template is not visible in the colleague's calendar, a "reason for visit" is probably missing on the user and you'll need to add it to the user's professional settings.
- An administrator adds the contact reason by going to Users --> click on the user in the list --> select the "reason for visit" --> save.
- The user himself can add the contact reasons by going to professional settings --> select the "reason for visit" --> save.
3. The meeting template is created with "wrong" reason for visit. Update these by going to meeting templates --> click on the meeting template --> edit "reason for visit" that is selected --> save.
