If messages are not loading properly in the message overview, it may be because there are too many active messages causing congestion. This may cause the loading to not work, even if you wait a few extra seconds. Then it is good to free up space by closing active messages.
To end a message conversation that is in your inbox, click on the message and then on Close conversation. The message has now moved to the message history, both for you and for the patient.
