To remove a form, select Global settings and click on Forms. Click on the form you want to remove. Click on the three vertical dots at the right of the form and click on Remove. Please note that by choosing this option, you also remove the form from all the clinics it has been activated.
In the same way, you can change the content of a form. Click on the form and change the text as desired. The changes will be reflected for all clinics that use the form. In the global settings, however, you can not change when a form should be displayed and whether it should be linked to contact causes - this is done at the clinic level.
