Appointment settings
As a global administrator, you can specify which appointment settings should be the default for the entire organisation. These settings will then affect all clinics within your organisation, and their patients.
To set how close to a meeting a patient or healthcare professional should be able to book, or cancel, an appointment, click on Appointment settings under Calendar and enter how many hours or minutes or hours the time should be bookable and cancelable. Then click Save.
In this view, you also specify whether healthcare professionals within the business should be able to create their own appointment templates or not. If this is set to Off, it is the schedulers or local administrators at each clinic who will need to create and edit meeting templates.
