Under the Visit category and participant types, you can determine which types of participants can be invited to an appointment, as well as which settings will apply to each. Healthcare professionals can automatically invite several participants to one appointment.
You can enable the following participant types:

Patient
Under Obligatory fields for patients, you can choose whether the patient is required to enter an email address and/or mobile number. -
Patient with representative
The meeting invitation can be sent to a representative when, for example, the patient is a child. By enabling this function, the representative can also book an appointment on behalf of the patient, if your business has activated a booking service. -
Colleague with a Visiba Care account
Select Colleague with a Visiba Care account to invite colleagues who are users of Visiba Care. -
Guest
A guest may be a healthcare professional who does not have a Visiba Care account, but may also be an interpreter, relative, or employer. For guests, at least one identification method must be selected – but you can also activate several methods.
Your selection for Pre-selected for inviters will determine which authentication method is selected when the appointment invitation is created.
