Wednesday September 27, we will release a new update to Visiba Care! This update includes:
- Log in via your own IdP
- Simplified message overview with Red Robin
Further down, you can also read about other news that we will be releasing soon.
Log in via your own IdP
We are now launching the ability to connect your own Identity Provider (IdP) for professional users.
By connecting your own IdP to Visiba, you will have complete control over the authentication methods and not be dependent on us when you want to make changes. It also opens up the possibility of enabling seamless login, also known as Single Sign-On (SSO), between e.g. electronic health records and Visiba.

Simplified message overview with Red Robin
For customers who use Red Robin, healthcare professionals will now have better insight into the nature of cases directly from the message inbox. The patient's initial symptoms will now be displayed along with the contact reason. This makes it easier for healthcare professionals to immediately understand which cases they can handle.

Coming up soon in Visiba Care
A new patient summary will be released this autumn for booked appointments. This will give healthcare professionals a better overview of the case, making it easier to find all relevant information. Direct access to a draft of the medical record will also make it easier to transfer information from Visiba Care to the patient record securely and efficiently.
A new view for My Cases will also be rolled out in the apps. This view will mirror the one in the web interface, making it easier for patients to identify themselves and have a consistent user experience regardless of whether they use the web or app.
