Visiba Care
Picture-in-picture for video calls in Android apps
To make it easier for patients to use other apps while in a video call, our Android apps now support picture-in-picture. This means the video call will be shown in a small window when the patient temporarily switches apps – for example, to check information or look at photos. The call continues seamlessly, offering increased flexibility and a smoother, more reassuring experience.
This feature will be enabled automatically in the next version of the app.
Coming up from Visiba
Overview of Visiba Triage cases. It will soon be easier to get a comprehensive view of all Visiba Triage cases – regardless of how the patient contacted you. The new overview helps with follow-up, spotting patterns, and identifying opportunities to improve workflows and processes. This increased transparency supports better care navigation and lays the foundation for meeting upcoming requirements in the AI Act, where traceability and oversight of decision-support systems will be key.
Collaborate around message cases. We’re improving the shared inbox in Visiba Care to make it easier to collaborate on patient cases. It will now be clear when a patient has responded to a case, even after it has been replied to – ensuring nothing is missed when multiple healthcare professionals work together.
