Medication side effects
Red Robin now takes medication side effects into account more effectively, providing even safer and more accurate assessments.
Improved accessibility
In this update, we’ve focused on improving accessibility for patients. Among other things, it’s now easier to navigate through the triage flow using a keyboard.
Visiba Care
New login method for patients: username and password
It will now be possible to activate a new login method that allows patients to log in using a username and password. This gives patients the option to choose how much information they want to share – and even remain anonymous when contacting healthcare. Your global administrator can enable this feature.
Coming up from Visiba
Overview of Visiba Triage cases. Soon it will be easier to get a complete view of all Visiba Triage cases – regardless of how the patient contacted you. This new overview makes it easier to follow up, identify patterns, and find opportunities to improve workflows and routines.
