Overview of Visiba Triage cases. Soon it will be easier to get a complete view of all Visiba Triage cases – regardless of how the patient contacted you. This new overview makes it easier to follow up, identify patterns, and find opportunities to improve workflows and routines.
Collaborate around messages. We’re currently exploring how we can better support collaboration around messaging flows within your healthcare organisation. Do you often work together when managing patient messages—and have ideas on what works well or what could be improved? Don’t hesitate to reach out! We’d love to hear your thoughts and experiences.
