Visiba Triage
Smarter care navigation
With this update, care flows can now also be directed based on the patient’s presenting symptoms, making it even easier for healthcare providers to set up flows. This enables, for example, flows where patients receive follow-up questions that help care professionals handle the case quickly and easily.
Medical updates
We have strengthened the medical foundation of Visiba Triage to support safer and more precise assessments:
Improved modelling for, among others: difficulty breathing, recent head injury, atypical heart attack, upper GI bleeding, COVID-19, and IBS.
Improved triage specifications for low blood pressure, loss of consciousness, sudden weakness in face/arm/leg, abdominal pain, and suspected chest infection/COPD/asthma.
New diagnosis: Anal cancer.
These updates provide more reliable decision support, earlier detection of serious conditions, and better coverage of both common and critical patient presentations – saving time while ensuring that patients get the right care faster.
Visiba Care
Shared inbox for better collaboration
We are now launching an improved shared inbox for messages. Care professionals’ personal conversations are more clearly separated from the shared inbox, providing better overview. It is also easier to return cases to the clinic’s inbox, and when a patient replies, this is clearly shown in the list. You can also see straight away which care professionals have previously been involved in a case – all to simplify collaboration and make case handling smoother.
The feature will be rolled out to all customers in the coming months. More information is available in our Help Center: How the inbox works.
Coming up from Visiba
Overview of Visiba Triage cases. Soon it will be easier to get a complete view of all Visiba Triage cases – regardless of how the patient contacted you. This new overview makes it easier to follow up, identify patterns, and find opportunities to improve workflows and routines.
