Improved handling of swollen lymph nodes
Visiba Care
Care Identity Service 2 (NHS SmartCard) now available
We now support login using Care Identity Service 2, including Smart Card login and over-the-Internet authentication for healthcare professionals (HCPs). Care Identity Service 2 is the secure standard for login in the UK and helps overcome issues with SMS-based authentication.
Improved accessibility in the web video call
It is now easier for users with screen readers to use the web version of the video call. Among other things, users will new be alerted also via screen reader when a new user enters the video call, and navigation in the settings menu has been improved.
Coming up from Visiba
Overview of Visiba Triage cases. Soon it will be easier to get a complete view of all Visiba Triage cases – regardless of how the patient contacted you. This new overview makes it easier to follow up, identify patterns, and find opportunities to improve workflows and routines.
Collaborate around messages. We’re currently exploring how we can better support collaboration around messaging flows within your healthcare organisation.
